ABOUT ME
After a long and very successful career in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry, working in some of the most iconic Hotels in NYC, I transitioned into the Human Services field. I went from planning and execution of some amazing and spectacular events on a big stage to helping people plan and execute incredible outcomes in their own lives. I am a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach, CCAR Trainer of Trainers, CASAC-T (Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Addiction Counselor in Training) and a Certified Life Coach with Certified Life Coach Institute. In my coaching practice, I draw from a series of personal transformations combined with education and training to empower and motivate people to overcome obstacles, eliminate self defeating thoughts, build confidence and unleash potential.
